RESERVATIONS |

| The Midnight Rider is the ultimate in travel, reserved exclusively for those who expect the very best. As such, reservations are a little more involved than your average limousine or bus. Whether you wish to reserve it for a relaxing way to travel to an elegant dinner party, or as complex as a week of traveling to different destinations of your choice; i.e. Tour California’s Wine Country, travel the West Coast, experience Vegas as never before, or maybe take your golfing party to Scottsdale. The Midnight Rider will transform its guests into a world most people only dream about……. | |
RATES & SCHEDULES The Midnight Rider is a very unique vehicle and each event is customized to the requests of the client. We will accommodate any number of guests up to 40. Rates are quoted on an individual basis dependant upon time under hire, guests, & special requests such as accommodations, entertainment, dining reservations, etc. Rates start with a five hour minimum rate, plus transportation surcharge & gratuities. Included with all events on The Midnight Rider: Complementary adult premium beverages and hors de oeuvres from the Jake Brake Bar, served by our bartender and hostess. Music, movies, and satellite television are available in all lounges for your viewing and listening pleasure. The Midnight Rider also has four levels with the spaciousness to move about and visit, an on board restroom facility in keeping with its 1870’s Railroad Pullman Car Theme, and climate control air conditioning and heating. We recommend reservations be made at least 90 days in advance and be confirmed within 30 days prior to departure or event. Reservations require a non-refundable deposit of 25%, and payment in full is required a minimum of 30 days prior to departure or event, (non-refundable if cancellation made after 30 days). Please note rates are subject to change without notice unless reservation is confirmed with deposit of 25%. Any event planning and/or special accommodations are an extra charge: (i.e.: hotel /conference room accommodations, dining and entertainment / golf reservations, etc.) Rates do not include any additional interstate permits, escorts, or tariffs as might be applicable to specific travel requests. Special promotions of products or services is quoted on an individual basis. |
